Low Key Photography

A Night Blue Sky, a few minutes after the sun had gone down. 
Achieving a good catch light with a camera that is not so good in low light situations can sometimes be so painful. Nevertheless, this shot was not so bad.


Lamp Shed
When you take that shot and it turns out different from what you expected.
While some countries associate candles with Christmas, in Uganda we associate candles with load-shedding.

Sometimes, we photographers tend to pay a lot of attention to light. After all, we read, hear and talk so much about light. Shadows seem to be less important yet, they do have their place in photography. They help tell a story, enhance the mood and they add a little drama to you image.
